SAUSAGE STUFFED MUSHROOMS 1
½ lb.- venison or
elk sausage, browned and drained.
1 package- large mushrooms, stems removed.
½ lb.- cream cheese
1 oz.- parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup- chopped green onion
1 TBLS.- chopped garlic
Brown sausage, w/
garlic and onion, add cream cheese and parmesan. Fill each mushroom with
filling, bake for 12-15 minutes.
