DUCK KABOBS
Cut up duck / goose into 1 ½” pieces. Soak in ½ milk / ½ orange juice for 3-4 hrs., drain.Rub w/ Chubby Rubby or marinate and refrigerate for 24 hrs. Wrap w/ bacon, and skewer alternating the meat with mushrooms, jalepeno's, cherry tomatoes, chunks of onion… Grill and enjoy!
